Prepare simple yet flavor-packed and nutritious specialty rolls with Chef Loan Nguyen. Learn about veggie staples in Vietnamese cuisine, specifically for vegan dishes. We’ll make two vegan Vietnamese rolls: a summer roll and baked veggie wontons, and get hands-on with pineapple, Thai basil, jicama, wood ear mushrooms, tofu and carrots.
