Marigold Jelly and Golden Butter

Cooking with botanicals is one of our favorite things. It is a unique way to enjoy the natural flavors of your garden. In this class we will be making and water bath canning some delightful marigold jelly. During class, we’ll talk about the safety and basic rules of eating flora. We’ll make a golden marigold butter while we steep our liquid for the jelly. This is a unique way of incorporating some vibrant color into your dishes. We’ll cover the basics of water bath canning and food safety.
