Parsley Spaghetti Carbonara

Pasta making is always fun, and a great family or friends’ activity. We’ll be teaching how to make an herb-flavored pasta dough – in this case parsley spaghetti. Participants will help Chef Mike make a creamy carbonara sauce using eggs, bacon and Locatelli cheese. Then we will enjoy a bowl of Parsley Spaghetti alla Carbonara together.
