Pasta 102 Stuffed Pastas

Explore filled pasta featuring 2 different fillings and sauces. The chef will demonstrate the pasta-making process and discuss the history and technique of various shapes and fillings. Guests will make and fill pasta while the chef makes the sauces. Guests will be greeted with antipasto, then make and eat two pastas.
