Playing with Phyllo: Wrapped Brie with Bacon Jam

Phyllo dough is one of the toughest ingredients to master; are you up for the challenge? In this class you’re preparing a classic phyllo-wrapped brie wheel with bacon jam. You’ll start by chopping the ingredients to make jam, then watch a demonstration on pulling it together.

While our brie cools, you’ll butter and layer your phyllo and wrap your brie wheel. We’ll bake off the teacher’s example to taste in class, and you’ll take yours to bake and enjoy at home.
