Roman Pasta Classics

Join Chef Ed as we explore the classic pasta of the Eternal City. Chef will guide you through the history, technique, and process of making two of his favorite Roman pastas – Carbonara and Amatriciana. Guests will make and roll pasta while the chef demonstrates the sauces.

You will be greeted with antipasto and enjoy some of our pastas in class.
