The Rustic Fall Fruit Galette

Originally from French tradition, the galette is a more rustic cousin of pie. Freeform and baked right on the baking sheet, these pastries can be sweet or savory. This session we will tackle sweet fruit galettes, starting with the dough. While the dough chills, we’ll make a silky ricotta, and build the filling for your galettes. We’ll bake and enjoy in class.
