Vanilla Cresent Cookies (German Vanille Kipferl)

Join us for a hands-on holiday cookie class where you’ll learn to make traditional German Vanilla Crescent Cookies—an essential Christmas treat in many German homes. These delicate cookies are made with butter and nuts, then finished in homemade vanilla sugar for their signature flavor.

In this class, we’ll also make our own vanilla sugar from scratch and learn how to use it in your baking. You’ll bake, package your cookies into three ½ lb bags, and even have time to add a handwritten note—perfect for gifting during the holiday season. And of course, we’ll enjoy plenty of fresh cookies together in class.
