Chef William is back in the kitchen with a vegan baking session! You will learn how to make three classic cookies – chewy chocolate chip, hearty oatmeal raisin, and soft sugar cookies. We’ll cover mixing methods, bake times, texture control and simple ingredient swaps to make delicious, satisfying plant-based cookies.
Bring containers for leftovers.
Recipes have no soy, no nuts.
