Join Chef William in the Farmhouse Kitchen to learn the fundamentals of plant-based bread making from start to finish. We’ll cover yeast activation, proper dough creation, proofing, shaping and baking for a soft interior and golden crust. This session uses simple vegan ingredients that can be found in every grocery.

Allergens: Gluten. Recipes have no soy, no nuts.
