Savor the Last Weeks of the Burlington County Farmers Market’s 19th Season
As the 19th season of the Burlington County Farmers Market begins to wind down, we reflect on the wonderful year we’ve had. From sunny summer days to the vibrant colors of fall, it’s been a season full of community support, fresh produce, and local flavors. While it’s bittersweet to see the season end, there’s still plenty of time to enjoy all the market has to offer!
We’re open every Saturday until November 22nd, so there’s still plenty of time to stop by and grab everything you need for your Thanksgiving feast and beyond. Whether you’re preparing for a holiday meal or just stocking up for the colder months ahead, the market is brimming with seasonal crops like cauliflower, beans, beets, broccoli, squash, apples, and pumpkins—everything you need to create a delicious fall feast.
But the Burlington County Farmers Market is more than just fresh produce. You’ll also find a wide variety of homemade jams, jellies, fresh pies, wreaths, and centerpieces, perfect for your home or as thoughtful gifts. Fall is the perfect time for hearty soups, bisques, honey, artisan cheeses, decadent chocolates, and fresh-baked goods. We also offer farm-fresh eggs, lamb, beef, and pork—perfect for any hearty fall dish you have in mind. Whether you’re planning a cozy dinner or hosting a holiday celebration, the market has all the ingredients you need to make your meal truly special.
In addition to food, our market features a talented group of local artists and crafters. Each week, they bring unique, handmade items—pottery, jewelry, wooden décor, and more—that make perfect gifts or personal treasures. Take some time to explore their booths and discover something one-of-a-kind.
Reflecting on a Year of Success
As the season wraps up, we feel incredibly grateful for our community’s support. It’s been a fantastic year, and none of it would have been possible without the loyalty of our shoppers. Thank you for supporting our local farmers, food makers, and artisans week after week. Your commitment to shopping local has helped sustain small businesses and enrich our community.
Looking Ahead: Annual Holiday Market
Don’t forget about our Annual Holiday Market on December 7th, from 10 am to 2 pm! With over 40 local artists and crafters, it’s the perfect opportunity to get a head start on your holiday shopping. Our regular farmers will be there as well, offering winter produce, meats, and cheeses. Enjoy warm soups, sandwiches, and live music by Kenya Smith. Mrs. Claus will also be reading stories and taking photos with kids!
We can’t wait to see you before the season ends and celebrate the holidays together!
