May 10th is Opening Day

& Spring Garden Market!

The Burlington County Farmers Market is ready to celebrate another year of local agriculture, local food and locally inspired art. This year marks our 19th season with the Opening Day & Spring Garden Market celebration on May 10th from 8:30-1pm. It’s a special focus on gardening and all things spring.

Our Official Opening Day will be packed with vibrant offerings to help you get your garden ready for the season. From peonies and potted bulbs to herb seedlings and native plants, there will be something for every garden enthusiast. Shoppers can explore beautiful floral bouquets, hanging baskets, and annuals and perennials to plant in your gardens. Don’t miss the informative gardening presentations led by the Rutgers Master Gardeners, Foggy Bottom Tree Farm and the West Jersey Rose Society.

Families can join in the fun with springtime crafts and there will be plenty of inspiration for thoughtful Mother’s Day gifts. You’ll find local growers such as Bart’s Flowers, Hope Sprouts, Springville Herbary, Simply Planted Greenhouses and more, all ready to help you bloom this season.

Mark your calendars for the return of our cooking demos! On May 10th, head over to the Farmhouse at 10am for a culinary demonstration highlighting the freshest seasonal ingredients. Enjoy a bite, learn something new, and soak up the lively market atmosphere.
